There Is A First Time For Everything

Especially if you are a 6 month old!
My first time eating baby food! Carrots. Yuumm.

My first Mississippi State baseball game!

After my first time fishing with Daddy!

The baby is just growing toooo fast! Our first experience with baby food went well, although I had to trick him by alternating between the carrots and rice cereal! ;) He is a good eater now though! Loves him some sweet peas!

His first trip to Starkville AND his first MSU baseball game went down a couple weeks ago. He had a good ol' time with his Great Grandaddy and LOVED the dancers at the game!! :))

Jonathan took Keller on his first fishing trip the next day while I was shooting an engagement session. He said he had the best time, just sat in his car seat in between Jonathan's feet in the bottom of the boat! The only time he got upset was when Jonathan wouldn't let him have the fish!!

I can't believe he is almost 7 months and his first Easter is just around the corner!

Grub Time.

I love to cook! Y'all should know that by now. And I love to try new things and mix things up. I kept seeing the Hellmann's commercial for their Parmesan crusted chicken and decided to give it a whirl. People. This is SO good and SO easy! I've already made it twice. But now, we don't use Hellmann's in this house. We are Blue Plate lovers. In fact, Jonathan has a very sensitive nose and taste buds when it comes to mayo. If it's not Blue Plate he's not having it!! And death to the one who suggests Miracle Whip!!! YOWZERS!!! So, without further a due, let me share a recipe for some of the tastiest chicken you will ever put in your mouth....

Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup BLUE PLATE mayo (is Hellmann's going to sue me for this? lol)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tsp. Italian style bread crumbs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°
Place chicken breasts on baking sheet.
Mix mayo and cheese together and spread evenly over chicken.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
all you need, minus the chicken obviously.
notice the Blue Plate says "real" mayonnaise

this post has nothing to do with it, but I highly recommend Fresh Market's monthly publication "Inspirations" for well, inspiration!
Parmesan Crusted Chicken baked to a golden brown. D-lish.
These come out so juicy and full of flavor. I kid you not, after the chicken is off the baking sheet I practically lick it clean! Take it from me, you WANT to make this for your family! They will love it!!

Enjoy!
